Steps to make to make BBQ chicken mandi
- *For spice*** In a saucepan, roast all the ingredients for making the spice powder over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes or till aromat.
- Let the roasted spices cool down and grind to a fine powder. Keep aside.
- **For chicken *** In a bowl, combine spice powder, turmeric powder, ground pepper, salt, yogurt and butter.
- Now spread the batter over the chicken and rub it very well and marinate for atleast 5_6 hours.
