- Cut the vegetables in small cubes Add 2 tablespoon oil in a pan fry 1 teaspoon garlic paste and 1 teaspoon red chillie flakes. Then add all the vegetables and stir fry them on high flame add 1 tablespoon chilli sauce/hot sauce and 2 tablespoon soya sauce.
- Give coal smoke and keep aside
- Boil rice, fry 1 teaspoon garlic chopped and 1 teaspoon red chillie flakes for a minute in a pan, add salt and 2 tablespoons soya sauce and put this mixture in boiled rice and Mix well.
- Assembling:- Grease an oven proof dish with little oil, add rice in the bottom layer, then vegetables and then add chicken at the top layer.
- Take mayonese,add ketchup and make a sauce. Pour this sauce over chicken and bake it in a pre heated oven for 5 minutes and serve hot.
