Keep it aside for an hour. In another pan add oil. Fry onions till golden in color. Add in marinated chicken and fry well. Add 1/2 cup water and cook till chicken tender.
  4. Assembling: In a platter add rice then veggies then chicken and lastly drizzle sauce.
  5. Bbq rice are ready to serve.
